To be fair, I visited the top of the World Trade Center before it was Ground Zero (in August of 2001 no less) and kind of wish Ground Zero wasnt on that list. Too creepy and sad. I think my favourite vacation spot as a kid was my annual family trip to a lake in upstate NY. The location was secondary to the family together time for sure, but I have fond memories of fishing with my uncle & grandfather and hanging with all the cousins. I’m 10 for 15 on that list. I mostly remember specifics about the annual trips--Lake Powell, Bear Lake, St.George/Zions.
